MissionOne Paraprofessional, you will do so with confidence and knowledge.
School Districts require a paraprofessionals to be dependant ,dressed suitably, be prepared
to work with students that have special needs and know what to do in assisting a teacher in
having a smoothly run classroom. These skills do not come automatically, they must be
learned.
Whether you are an experienced teacher, aide, substitute or new to the classroom,
MissionOnes' training defines the true role of a Paraprofessional. It also encompasses
accommodations for behavior and learning disabilities, education on IEPs and 504 plans,
instructional support strategies and guidelines for smart decision making. Our programs have
been developed as a result of our extensive experiences of leading the industry in substitute
and paraprofessional employee placement in suburban, urban, and alternative classrooms.
